Job summary

Richelieu is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment in the Charlotte, NC region. You will identify major accounts, conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, and expand relationships to drive sales growth.

Candidates should have outside sales experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. You will manage your schedule, stay informed about Richelieu’s offerings, and report via CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in Kitchen & Bath is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet sales targets.
• Proactive, coachable with strong work ethic.
• CRM experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify major account opportunities within Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers.
• Grow territory through new and existing customer relationships.
• Analyze buying patterns and extend supplier relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as one-stop shop.
• Stay up to date with Richelieu products and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting.
