Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer network in the Charlotte, NC area. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, conduct consultative discussions, and position Richelieu as a trusted resource to drive business results for dealers.

The role requires strong outside sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Successful solutions/consultative-based outside sales experience toward Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities.
• University degree preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Identify key major account opportunities within Kitchen & Bath dealer segment and drive sales growth in the region.
• Schedule and hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to understand their business and Richelieu solutions.
• Maintain accountability for growth of your territory through new acquisitions and existing relationships.
• Analyze past buying patterns of current accounts and expand supplier coverage.
• Provide a high level customer service experience and become their one-stop-shop.
