Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment across a defined sales territory.

You will drive consultative sales discussions, build trusted relationships, and position Richelieu’s premium solutions as the go-to choice for customers in kitchens, baths and storage spaces. The role requires a proven outside sales background, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively while leveraging CRM tools to report on territory

Qualifications

• Successful consultative outside sales experience towards the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and deliver results.
• CRM software experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Identify major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers.
• Develop territory growth through new and existing relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience and be a one-stop shop.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting in the CRM application.
