Job summary

Richelieu is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment in the sales territory. You will manage day-to-day sales, build relationships, and advise clients on premium Richelieu solutions. The role emphasizes consultative selling, CRM usage, and territory growth.

Candidate must live in the Sales Territory and be prepared for a field-based role with travel. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Successful solutions/consultative outside sales experience toward Kitchen & Bath dealers.
• Proactive, coachable, strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage your own time and deliver results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
• CRM experience is a plus and Excel/Office proficiency.
• University degree preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify major account opportunities within Kitchen & Bath dealers.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers.
• Grow territory through new and existing accounts.
• Analyze past buying patterns to become preferred supplier.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a one-stop shop.
• Stay up-to-date with Richelieu products and market conditions.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting.
