Job summary

Richelieu is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment within the assigned territory in the United States. You will drive consultative sales, manage dealer relationships, and position Richelieu as the premier supplier of premium hardware solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting meetings, analyzing purchasing patterns, and maintaining CRM data while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• CRM experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment, driving sales growth in the region.
• Schedule and hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing customers to understand their business and Richelieu’s solutions.
• Maintain accountability for growth of the provided territory and development of existing relationships.
• Identify and analyze buying patterns to become a stronger supplier for accounts.
• Provide a high-quality customer service experience and position Richelieu as a one-stop shop.
• Educate yourself on Richelieu’s product offerings and stay up-to-date with market conditions and competitive analysis.
• Maintain system information and reporting in CRM.
