Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd seeks a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment. You will manage day-to-day sales in your territory, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and build strong client relationships to deliver premium Richelieu solutions.

You will stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitive dynamics, while reporting activities in the CRM system to drive continued sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in Kitchen & Bath dealer segment (consultative selling).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage territory and schedule effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify major account opportunities within Kitchen & Bath dealers in your territory.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers.
• Grow provided territory through new and existing relationships.
• Analyze past buying patterns to become a preferred supplier.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience as a trusted advisor.
• Stay up-to-date with Richelieu products and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
