Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative to expand our dealer segment. You will drive sales growth, manage accounts, and build relationships across a defined territory in the United States with a focus on lead generation and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Outside sales experience in Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results.
• Analytical, planning, organizing and monitoring skills.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Identify key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment.
• Schedule and hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing customers.
• Grow the territory through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships.
• Identify and analyze past buying patterns to become a stronger supplier.
• Provide a state-of-the-art customer service experience.
• Stay up to date with Richelieu product offerings and market conditions.
• Maintain system information and reporting in CRM.
