Richelieu is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Outside Sales Representative to grow our dealer segment across an assigned territory. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, conduct consultative discussions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving business results.

You will build relationships, expand the customer base, and stay informed on Richelieu’s product offerings and market trends while reporting in the CRM system. A strong emphasis on service and solution sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• CRM experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• University degree preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify major account opportunities in the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to understand their business.
• Grow territory through new customer acquisition and existing relationships.
• Analyze buying patterns and position Richelieu as a preferred supplier.
• Provide excellent customer service as a one-stop shop.
• Stay up-to-date with Richelieu’s products and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
