You will receive comprehensive training, manage your own schedule, and engage decision‑makers and groups of 50–100+ in product showcases. Expect a dynamic role with advancement opportunities and strong earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post‑high school work experience in sales or related field considered.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and re‑serve existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
