Training is provided, prior sales experience is not required, and a path for growth is clear. You’ll use our Salesforce CRM, plan weekly schedules, and pursue achievable monthly targets with ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is not required but is helpful.
• Must be willing to obtain an insurance producer license where needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs.
• Promote supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and employees.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and present to groups up to 100+.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio within your territory.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set and meet targets.
