Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas seeks an ambitious, self-disciplined entry-level sales professional to join our direct outside sales team. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, promote supplemental insurance products, and build your own client portfolio across a defined territory.

We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advancement. You’ll use our Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and work toward monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; relevant sales background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and hit monthly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
