Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entry-level sales professional to join our outside direct sales team in Texas. You’ll meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products, supported by thorough training.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to build your client portfolio, set targets, and drive growth with weekly draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
