The role includes comprehensive training, a weekly draw with commissions, and growth opportunities through leadership development and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided).
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with business owners and decision-makers.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
