Altitude Development Group is seeking a sharp, self-starting Outside Sales professional to grow with our team in a training-rich environment. You will call on small and medium businesses, meet with owners and decision-makers, and present supplemental insurance products to employees. Travel to other territories is possible but not required.

The role emphasizes ownership, growth and service, with extensive training and a clear path for advancement in a supportive, family-like culture.

Formación

• Candidate should have a proven sales mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in outside sales or in a role with direct customer engagement is preferred.
• Strong objection handling and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your territory to offer supplemental insurance products and services.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and follow up on leads.
• Attend scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Develop and maintain your own book of business and track activity daily.
• Present to groups of 50–100+ employees when needed and provide product demonstrations.

Bachelor's degree

4+ years outside sales experience
