Altitude Development Group is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional to grow with us. You will call on small to mid-sized businesses, meet owners and decision-makers, and offer supplemental insurance products and services to employees. Training is provided both online and hands-on in your own sales territory.

You will work in your territory, with occasional travel to other territories. A full-time commitment and the ability to build relationships with local business owners are

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell supplemental insurance to small and medium businesses in your territory.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person.
• Give product presentations to employee groups of 50–100+ people.
• Set follow-up appointments and review clients' needs.
• Maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
