Altitude Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow in our Phoenix territory. You will train in classroom and in-field with a dedicated trainer, meeting business owners and decision-makers to present top-tier insurance products.

You’ll build your own book of business, handle leads and referrals, set your own schedule, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets in a collaborative, family-like culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsabilidades

• Call on small/medium businesses and meet decision-makers in person.
• Present supplemental insurance products to employees.
• Develop and maintain a book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with manager and team.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and existing clients.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets and quotas.
• Build relationships with local business owners.
