Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a sharp, energetic sales professional for outside sales in your own assigned territory. Training is provided online and hands-on with a dedicated trainer in your sales area.

We value Ownership, Growth, and Service. You will call on business owners and decision-makers, present insurance products, and build your own book of business. Travel is optional; full-time, 40 hours weekly with advancement, bonuses, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Set follow-up appointments and conduct product presentations for groups up to 50–100+ attendees.
• Respond to client emails and phone calls; manage your sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets with your sales manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
• Balance cold calling with warm leads and existing clients to grow your book of business.
