Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to join a growing team focused on supplemental insurance products. You will call on business owners and decision-makers in your territory, deliver compelling presentations, and build a personal book of business.

• Willing to work a full-time work week (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in your territory, meeting owners and managers to offer supplemental insurance products
• Present to employee groups of 50–100+ people when needed
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and secure add-on opportunities
• Be present on scheduled calls with sales team and manager
• Develop and maintain your own book of business
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager
• Set your own weekly working hours and report them regularly
• Balance cold leads with warm leads and existing clients for new business
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily
