Altitude Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional to grow with us. We train you in the sales cycle and assign a dedicated trainer in your territory.

The role focuses on meeting business owners to offer supplemental insurance products and services to employees. You will build relationships with local business owners, manage a personal book of business, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience not strictly required; training provided.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be serviced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss and set monthly and quarterly targets.
