Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic sales professional to grow with our team. The ideal candidate may have prior sales experience or be willing to train and develop in a full-time role.

You’ll work in your own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services to their employees. Expect training in-person and online, with travel to other territories possible.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell in your assigned territory by meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Provide product presentations to employee groups of 50–100+ people.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
