Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative in Texas for a full-time, independent contractor role. You will meet business owners and employees face-to-face within your local territory to present benefit options and guide enrollment decisions.

Representatives operate as independent contractors with flexible scheduling, structured training, mentorship, and leadership support to help you grow your client base and career in supplemental insurance sales.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
Face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
Value collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.
Clear communication and trust-building.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (license support provided).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
