Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time independent contractor role in direct B2B sales. You will meet business owners and employees in your local territory, present supplemental insurance options, and guide enrollment decisions with a consultative approach.

You’ll operate as an independent contractor with training, mentorship, and leadership support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Face-to-face, relationship-focused selling environment.
• Organized, self-motivated and reliable.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
