Allegiant Business Group seeks an Insurance Sales Representative to drive direct, in-person sales in a local Texas territory. This full-time independent contractor role focuses on presenting supplemental insurance options to business clients and guiding enrollment decisions.

You will build relationships, manage a growing client base, and collaborate with leadership—receiving structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development with a focus on relationship building.
• Ability to conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment guidance.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; licensing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Present supplemental insurance options to employees and leaders in person.
• Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claim-related questions.
• Maintain client/activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals, networking, and appointments.
• Work with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track activity and manage an assigned territory.
