Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to build a personal client book and mentor teammates. You will meet clients in-person, present supplemental insurance solutions, and drive growth across a local territory.

As a full-time independent contractor, you will receive draw pay, commissions, and bonuses while developing your sales skills and helping others succeed.

Qualifications

• You are independent and able to build your own book of business.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain licensure (reimbursement provided).
• You are patient, dependable, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions with business owners, managers and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
