Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, pitch insurance solutions, and grow a personal book of business within a defined Indiana territory. You will train in both classroom and field settings, meeting business owners and HR/benefits managers to present supplemental insurance offerings.

You will be responsible for prospecting, scheduling meetings, and delivering product demonstrations, with a compensation structure featuring draw pay,

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients and leads.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospects to review needs and proposals.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Track sales metrics and activity daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and managers.
• Manage own schedule and report hours weekly.
