Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding our sales team with a focus on autonomy, work/life balance, and growth. You’ll undergo immersive sales training in your territory, engaging business owners and employees to offer high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

No prior sales experience is required as we mold the right candidate. You will manage your local domain, build a client portfolio, and meet monthly and quarterly targets, with a flexible schedule and mentorship from a sales manager.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (study course provided and fees reimbursed)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletics background
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network within territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and reservice clients
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it for approval
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
