Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven outside territory sales professional in Austin, TX to present our supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses. You will train via classroom and hands-on modules, with strong emphasis on ownership, growth, and service.

Responsibilities include building a local client portfolio, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a sales mindset.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license if not already held.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales/athletics valued.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and close opportunities.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with your sales manager and track progress.
