Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and managers to promote top supplemental insurance products, with ongoing training and support for newcomers and seasoned pros alike.

Earn via draw pay and commissions, with opportunities for bonuses, stock options, and renewal incentives. A licensing path is available with course work provided at no cost and reimbursement of state fees.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
