Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a territory and drive growth in insulation and building product distribution. The role emphasizes strong relationship building, top performance, and uncapped earnings potential within a fast-growing company.

The position involves traveling within a 250-mile radius, up to 75% of the time, and requires proven sales ability, solid communication, and the drive to own a territory. Competitive base plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
