Job summary

ADP in Seattle is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales and win new business within a defined territory, participate in our training program, and collaborate with clients to tailor ADP HR solutions.

Daily you will engage with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and use internal referrals to grow. You’ll manage multiple deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting to implementation, with earning potential through base pay,

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Military experience can help with teamwork, resilience and negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and maintain a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Close sales in a defined territory to hit goals using a top-down sales strategy.
• Turn prospects into clients by presenting suitable ADP solutions and securing referrals.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to grow within existing accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor and maintain high ethical standards with clients.
