You will participate in an award-winning training program and work with teams to present ADP HR solutions, manage multiple deals, and drive growth with industry-leading compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; relevant experience acceptable.
• Three years of B2B sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Military experience appreciated; discipline and problem-solving valued.
• Bonus: ability to build a network via social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training program and collaborate with internal partners to sell HR solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP solutions.
• Manage multiple sales processes through stages and document them through implementation.
