Job summary

Adaptive Home Health, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined territory and coach a small team of sales reps to grow admissions. You will partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute market strategy, build facility relationships, and develop your team.

The role requires 5+ years in home health sales, 1+ year in a leadership/mentoring role, and a track record of securing referrals from discharge planners and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home health sales experience with a proven quota track record.
• 1+ year in a player-coach, team lead, or sales management role, or mentoring peers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers (discharge planners, case managers, clinical leadership).
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory and drive admission growth.
• Lead as a player-coach: manage your own accounts while coaching 2–5 reps.
• Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leadership to secure referrals.
• Deliver measurable quarter-over-quarter admission growth.
• Coach and develop your sales team through 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews.
