Job summary

Adaptive Home Health, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined territory in Boston. You will drive admission growth while coaching 2–5 sales reps, building facility relationships with discharge planners and leadership, and partnering with the RSM to execute market strategy.

The role emphasizes data-driven territory planning, performance coaching, and sustained growth across a defined referral network within the home health space. Competitive PTO and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

5+ years of home health sales with quota attainment.
1+ year in a player-coach or sales management role, mentoring peers.
Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers.
Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a defined territory with high-value referral sources.
Lead as a player-coach, managing accounts while coaching 2–5 reps.
Develop facility relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and leadership.
Drive quarter-over-quarter admission growth and report territory performance with data-driven insights.
Recruit, onboard, and coach new reps with weekly cadences and pipeline reviews.
