Job summary

Adaptive is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined territory in Virginia as a player-coach. You’ll drive your book of accounts while coaching 2–5 reps and building facility relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and leadership.

You’ll partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute market strategy, run weekly cadence, and deliver quarter-over-quarter growth, with a clear path to Regional Sales Manager as we scale nationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home health sales experience with quota achievement.
• 1+ year in a player-coach or sales-management role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility decision-makers.
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined territory in Virginia, managing high-value accounts.
• Coach 2–5 reps through regular 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews.
• Run weekly operating cadence, forecast opportunities, and report results with data-driven insights.
• Build strategic facility partnerships and ensure seamless handoffs to drive patient referrals.
• Execute market strategy with your Regional Sales Manager and identify expansion opportunities.
