Qualifications

• 5+ years of home health sales experience with quota attainment.
• 1+ year in a player‑coach or sales‑management role; mentoring peers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility‑level decision‑makers (discharge planners, case managers, leadership).
• Comfort with data‑driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and drive admission growth.
• Execute a data‑driven territory plan prioritizing high‑value accounts.
• Manage a book of 20–30 key accounts while supervising 2–5 reps.
• Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leadership to secure referrals.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast opportunities; report territory performance.
