Adaptive Home Health, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined territory and coach a small sales team. You will drive your own accounts while developing 2–5 reps, build relationships with discharge planners and facility leadership, and execute a data-driven plan to grow admissions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in home health sales and at least 1 year in leadership, with a proven ability to hit quotas and build referral networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home health sales experience with a quota track record.
• 1+ year in a player-coach, team lead, or sales management role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers (discharge planners, case managers, clinical leadership).
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a defined territory with a focus on high-value referral sources.
• Lead as a player-coach: manage own accounts and coach 2–5 reps.
• Build facility relationships to secure referrals and drive admissions growth.
• Develop reps through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and structured coaching.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and territory planning with data-backed insights.
