Adaptive is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined territory in the Virginia market. You will manage a book of 20–30 key accounts while coaching 2–5 sales reps, building facility relationships, and driving quarter-over-quarter admission growth.

This player-coach role blends field work with strategy: execute data-driven territory plans, partner with the RSM on market strategy, and relentlessly pursue referrals to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in home health sales or related field with quota achievement.
• 1+ year in a player-coach or sales management role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers.
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a defined territory, managing 20–30 key accounts.
• Coach 2–5 reps through weekly 1:1s and ride-alongs.
• Build and maintain facility relationships to secure referrals.
• Lead weekly operating cadence with pipeline reviews and metrics.
• Collaborate with RSM on strategy and drive admission growth.
