Job summary

Adaptive Home Health, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader to own a defined territory and lead a small team of reps. You will drive admission growth, partner with your Regional Sales Manager to execute market strategy, and build strong facility relationships.

You will coach 2–5 reps, use data-driven territory planning, and report territory performance with insights to improve outcomes. This role combines field leadership with hands-on selling in the Hartford area.

Qualifications

5+ years of home health sales experience with quota attainment.
1+ year in a player-coach, team lead, or sales management role.
Proven ability to build relationships with facility-level decision-makers.
Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Own a defined territory and drive admission growth.
Coach 2–5 reps through weekly 1:1s and ride-alongs.
Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leadership.
Develop reps and implement data‑driven territory plans.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews to forecast opportunities.
Collaborate with the RSM on market strategy and onboarding.
Track leading and lagging indicators and report performance.
