Adaptive Home Health, LLC is building a new kind of home health company, combining technology with a field sales model. We’re hiring a Sales Leader to own a defined territory as a player-coach, driving own accounts while coaching 2–5 reps.

You’ll collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on market strategy, build facility relationships, and mentor your team to achieve QoQ growth. This high-visibility role offers a clear path to regional leadership as we scale nationally.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in home health sales with a proven quota attainment.
• 1–2 years in a player-coach or sales management role, or mentoring peers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with discharge planners and facility leadership.
• Comfort with data-driven territory planning and performance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own territory and drive admission growth.
• Execute data-driven territory plan prioritizing high-value accounts.
• Manage 20–30 key accounts while overseeing rep coverage.
• Build referrals with discharge planners, case managers, and facility leadership.
• Coach 2–5 sales reps through structured weekly 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews.
• Run a disciplined weekly operating cadence and pipeline reviews.
