Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to develop referral relationships by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within a designated territory in Clemson, South Carolina.

You will create business plans, maintain target lists, gather account insights, and report to a Market Executive of Sales, traveling within the territory to attend meetings as required. Strong communication and CRM skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is patient facing and part of TB screening program; TB screening will be required if selected.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services and develop referral sources.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide feedback on key customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
