Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an energetic Home Health Account Executive to develop referral relationships by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts to align with the market sales plan.

You will gather account information, provide feedback on opportunities, and report to the Market Executive of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science plus two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or clinical liaison experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred for sales outreach and account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Role is patient-facing and TB screening is required if selected.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within territory and to sales meetings as required.
