Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Home Health Account Executive to drive physician and hospital referrals within an assigned territory. You will promote home health services, build strong referral networks, and maintain target account plans while reporting to a Market Executive of Sales.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field and at least two years of health care sales experience, with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health related science, or equivalent plus 2+ years health care sales experience.
• Previous home health sales; experience selling to physicians, case managers, SNFs or clinical liaison preferred.
• CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners and case managers to promote home health services.
• Build and maintain referral source relationships within an assigned territory.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide input on opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
