Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to promote our home health care service to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. You will develop referral source relationships and drive account plans to achieve growth.

You will report to a Market Executive of Sales and travel within the territory to sales meetings as required. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Responsibilities

• You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships.
• You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• You will gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.
• You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• You will travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
