Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to promote our home health care services within a defined territory. You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to develop referral relationships.

You will build business plans, maintain target lists, gather account information, and feed opportunities to leadership. This patient-facing sales role requires CRM proficiency and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science or the equivalent.
• Two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Experience selling to physicians, case managers, and in SNFs preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Role is patient facing and TB screening is required if selected.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to develop referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide feedback on opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
