Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to promote home health care services within an assigned territory. You will develop referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers, and you will prepare business plans and maintain target lists to drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in healthcare sales, CRM experience, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years health care or related industry sales experience typically required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
• Role is patient facing and part of TB screening program.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
