Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to promote our home health care services within an assigned territory. You will build referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners and case managers, and report to a Market Executive of Sales.

The role requires a health-related bachelor's degree and 2+ years of health care or related industry sales experience, with CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2 years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or clinical liaison experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services and build referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and input on customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
