Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to care in the Nashville region. This field-based role involves maintaining a home base while visiting healthcare practices to educate them about Nabi’s weight-inclusive nutrition care model and referral process.

You will build trust with providers, grow referrals, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients and practices. Strong independence and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Identify and cultivate new provider relationships to grow referrals.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to educate providers about Nabi.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and drive a steady stream of patient referrals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into long-term referral partners
• Conduct in-person drop-ins and practice visits to share Nabi’s services
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals
• Demonstrate Nabi’s value and streamline the referral process
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Manage territory from a home base with regular provider visits and events
