Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our provider referral network across the New Orleans area. This field-based role combines home-base operations with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices to educate about Nabi's weight-inclusive nutrition care.

You will build and maintain relationships with providers, convert clinical contacts into patient referrals, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based work in a startup environment.
• Consultative outreach and partnership development with providers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new providers to build a referral network.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to educate providers about Nabi’s services.
• Grow relationships with existing providers to maintain a steady referral flow.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s model value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Operate from a home base while visiting providers and representing Nabi in the field.
