Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co is seeking a field-based salesperson to manage and grow customer accounts across our assigned channels. You will cultivate sustainable relationships, prospect new clients, present offerings, and close profitable sales.

You will collaborate with Marketing and internal teams, forecast sales, and contribute to budgeting while traveling as needed to serve customers and expand our footprint.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years successful outside sales experience.
• 1-3 years successful business development experience.
• Preferred candidates will have experience within assigned sales channel or customer base.

Responsibilities

• Grow current customer sales through a variety of sales activities.
• Develop new customers by prospecting and qualifying opportunities to close profitable sales.
• Deliver sales presentations and close sales with existing and new customers.
• Monitor customer sales activities and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to meet customer needs and grow sales.
• Forecast sales and participate in budgeting processes.
