Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in Williamsburg, VA to build relationships with clinical partners and drive referrals across markets.

You will travel 4–5 days per week, meeting patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals. Excellent English and 1–4 years of sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers.
